Developed in the context of the provincial and school board strategic plans, the development plan reflects the uniqueness of each school. The school development model is an outcome-based process that involves collective thinking, analysis, problem-solving, planning, and continuous improvement leading to the achievement of specific academic goals. Change must be based on good decisions made based on data. The three pillars \u2013 teaching and learning, a culture of collaboration, learning for all \u2013 form the basis of two goals: student success and welcoming and safe schools\/student well-being.
