Information on the usage of school bus transportation
If you have more than one child and the answers are not the same for all children, please complete a second form.
Choose one of the following options :
My child lives more than 1.6 kilometres from the school and would like to avail of the School Transportation service:

both for morning pick-ups and afternoon drop-offs
for morning pick-ups only
for afternoon drop-offs only
NB. The government regulations for School Transportation in Newfoundland and Labrador, in summary.
- School Transportation is available to all students living more than 1.6km from their school.
- The students may be required to occupy a bus stop located at a maximum of 400 metres from their house.
- Transportation is provided for a single address. Any other arrangements must be authorized by the CSFP.
