To mark Provincial Francophonie Day, schools within the Conseil scolaire francophone provincial de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador are holding their celebrations this year on May 28, 29, and 30, 2026. From St. John’s to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, students, families, and community partners are invited to celebrate their language and culture. This will also be an opportunity to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Franco-Newfoundland flag.

Flag raising at 9:00 AM, followed by carnival-style activities from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for daycare and preschool children.
