At École Notre-Dame-du-Cap, located in Cap Saint-Georges, we teach Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education programs to students from kindergarten to grade 8 living in communities on the Port-au-Port Peninsula. We also offer the Head Start program, which prepares children for kindergarten.

Jumpstart Program

As in all the schools of the Conseil scolaire francophone provincial de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador (CSFP), French culture is also in the spotlight, in our classrooms as well as in many extracurricular activities and projects.

Starting in Grade 9, students join those at École Sainte-Anne, in La Grand’Terre, to do their high school studies.

All students have access to school transportation.

Notre-Dame-du-Cap School offers all students a healthy breakfast service, every day of the week, in collaboration with the Kid eat smart program.

The after-school service is offered by the Fédération des parents francophones de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador and aims to help students complete their schoolwork in a supervised and Francophone environment. Various recreational, sports and cultural activities are offered to students who have little or no schoolwork. Pre-kindergarten

Pre-kindergarten is an educational program offered by the Fédération des parents francophones de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador and is designed for children aged 3 and 4. Francophone preschool provides children with an environment that promotes the discovery of the world around them.
