École Notre-Dame-du-Cap offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that promote the engagement of young people and strengthen their sense of belonging to the school community that comes to life in our school.
Every lunchtime of the week, the school’s students can participate in the Dinner of the Day club. The activities carried out in these clubs are chosen by the students at the beginning of the year and are led by the teachers throughout the year.
The school’s theatrical improvisation league meets regularly at lunchtime to work on the imagination, oral expression and sense of repartee of our elementary and intermediate students.
Students at Notre-Dame-du-Cap School discover and practice the different sports offered by Participation Nation during recess and after school to be ready to participate in the friendly tournaments organized at the end of each month.
Participation Nation is a program that aims to complement the physical education and health programs that schools already offer, based on participation and fun above all.
The goal of Participation Nation is to get students active and play sports, regardless of their abilities.
